PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & SAMPLING:

We have in-house sample section run by qualified technicians and designers.
We have well trained pattern making department.
Samples can be provided on request within 1(one) weeks from order date.
In-House generator.
Self deep tube well for water supply.

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY AND DELIVERY LEAD TIME:

Quantity per style: 250 Dozens.
Delivery lead time: 45-90 days for Local Fabrics /:120 days for Imported Fabrics.

STAFF WELFARE:

Factory has in-house Doctor (part time) & Nurse (full time).
We provide safe drinking water to all employees.
Group insurance covered.
All facility are given of Bangladesh Govt. Rules.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Factory conducts fire drills twice a month with team leader & fire team.Factory has provision for double exit system as required under Bangladesh factory ACT.Over head water reserve tank to serve for fire prevention connected to all floors through hose pipe installed. All machines are covered with belt guard, pulley guard, eye guard etc. Fire Licenses from Govt. of Bangladesh.Fire Insurance.

TIME & MOTION STUDY:

 Factory conducts a time & motion study on each type of operation to improve efficiency, output & quality standards.
